Thanks for visiting ELX! The following are terms and conditions that constitute ELX's shipping policy.

 

Processing Times

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Kindly allow a few additional days while the package is in transit for delivery. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Due to COVID-19, delivery delays can occur. This is out of my control and solely the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

ELX happily ships to addresses within the U.S., APO/FPO/DPO, and Canada addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email after your order has been shipped, in which your tracking number will also be included. Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be active.

Damages

ELX Studio is not liable for any products that are lost or damaged during transit. If your order is lost or damaged, contact the carrier to file a claim. Kindly note that all packaging materials and damaged goods need to be saved before filing a claim to the carrier.
